Payment & Refund Policy

1. Free to play

Ant Trap is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases (virtual coin packs) may be offered.

2. How payments work

All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never collect or store your payment details. The full price is always shown in your local currency before you confirm a purchase, and coins are credited to your account immediately after payment.

3. How to request a refund

Within 48 hours of purchase: request a refund directly from Google via Google Play order history, per the Google Play refund policy.
After 48 hours, or for any problem: email us at aluck8989@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (starts with GPA). We respond within 2 business days.

4. What is refundable

Not received: if you paid but coins were not credited, contact us — we will verify the order and re-credit or refund.
Unused coins: refund requests for unspent coins are handled case by case in line with Google Play policy.
Consumed content: coins already spent on items or revives are generally non-refundable.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

2. 付款方式

所有應用內購買均由 Google Play 處理，我們不收集、不儲存你的任何付款資料。確認購買前一定會以你的當地貨幣顯示完整價格，付款成功後金幣立即到帳。

3. 如何申請退款

購買後 48 小時內：依 Google Play 退款政策，直接透過 Google Play 訂單記錄向 Google 申請。
超過 48 小時或遇到任何問題：寄信至 aluck8989@gmail.com，附上 Google Play 訂單編號（GPA 開頭），我們會在 2 個工作天內回覆。

4. 退款範圍

未到帳：已付款但金幣未到帳，請聯絡我們，核實訂單後補發或退款。
未使用金幣：未消費金幣的退款申請，將依 Google Play 政策逐案處理。
已消耗內容：已用於道具或復活的金幣，原則上不予退款。

5. 法定權利

本政策不限制你依居住地強制性消費者保護法所享有的任何退款權利。

모든 인앱 구매는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 당사는 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매 확정 전 현지 통화로 전체 가격이 표시되며, 결제 완료 즉시 코인이 지급됩니다.

3. 환불 신청 방법

구매 후 48시간 이내: Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 Google Play 주문 내역에서 Google에 직접 신청하세요.
48시간 이후 또는 문제가 있는 경우: Google Play 주문번호(GPA로 시작)를 적어 aluck8989@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 영업일 기준 2일 이내에 답변드립니다.

4. 환불 범위

미지급: 결제했으나 코인이 지급되지 않았다면 문의해 주세요. 주문 확인 후 재지급 또는 환불해 드립니다.
미사용 코인: 사용하지 않은 코인의 환불은 Google Play 정책에 따라 건별로 처리합니다.
소비된 콘텐츠: 아이템이나 부활에 이미 사용한 코인은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다.

5. 법정 권리

본 정책은 거주 국가의 강행 소비자보호법에 따른 환불 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

2. 決済について

すべてのアプリ内課金は Google Play が処理します。当社がお支払い情報を収集・保存することはありません。購入確定前に現地通貨で総額が表示され、決済完了後すぐにコインが付与されます。

3. 返金の申請方法

購入から48時間以内：Google Play の返金ポリシーに従い、Google Play の注文履歴から Google に直接申請してください。
48時間経過後、または問題がある場合：Google Play の注文番号（GPA で始まる）を添えて aluck8989@gmail.com までご連絡ください。2営業日以内に返信します。

4. 返金の範囲

未付与：支払い後にコインが付与されなかった場合はご連絡ください。注文を確認のうえ再付与または返金します。
未使用コイン：未使用コインの返金は、Google Play のポリシーに沿って個別に対応します。
消費済みコンテンツ：アイテムや復活に使用済みのコインは、原則返金対象外です。
